Handlers are people who keep an eye on potentially problematic people who were revived, such as criminals, death eaters, and the like. Here is where you can apply to be a handler or apply to get a handler. If you haven't chosen a pairing yet, you'll get one assigned to you randomly. All death eaters will have a handler. Not all revived characters are given a handler, only those that may be 'problematic'.To be a handler, you have to be 17 years or older, and considered 'trustoworthy' by the ministry of magic. A handler can have multiple people to handle, but the ministry tries to keep each person to one so they can focus on their person until they are considered 'safe'.
